Our Founder
Lisa Beutel, PhD, is an executive coach and leadership strategist with more than two decades of experience helping leaders build capability, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful performance. She has led an award-winning shared university serving 65+ partner companies, and built two corporate talent and leadership Centers of Excellence, in addition to founding LeadersConnect.
In addition to coaching high performing leaders and executives, Lisa has designed and delivered leadership and management programs for every level—front-line managers to C-suite teams. Known for her clarity, systems thinking, and ability to quickly spot patterns that shape performance, she helps leaders make better decisions, lead with intention, and align their actions with what matters most.
A former athlete and lifelong sports fan, Lisa brings the mindset of a coach to her work: preparation, clarity, accountability, and heart. Earlier in her career, she served as a college athletics administrator, director of sports marketing, basketball radio analyst, football podcaster, and AAU basketball and high school lacrosse coach—experiences that fuel her commitment to winning teams and high performance.
She maintains long-standing partnerships with the Center for Creative Leadership and Leadership Alliance International, and has supported leaders across many industries, including Procter & Gamble, Honda, Anthem, General Electric, PNC Bank, and the U.S. Air Force. As a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she upholds the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Based in Los Angeles near the beach, Lisa brings a grounded, clear, and expansive perspective to her work—reflecting the balance and alignment she helps leaders create in their own careers and lives.
