Follow Her Lead runs over twelve weeks and is built around three pillars: Strategic Clarity, Organizational Alignment, and Sustainable High Performance. We focus on a different leadership skill each week.

Each cohort is small by design, with twelve live facilitated sessions, leadership assessments and applied tools, and real-time application to the leadership challenges you are navigating. Less than two hours a week in total, designed for leaders with full schedules.
